Its not shouted about a lot over here because it harks of racial differences and hence a basis for dicrimination or a justification for superiority, but not everyone can digest milk beyond the first few month of infancy. The reason for this ammounts to (pardon my sweeping generalisations) only caucasians have the enzymes in their (lactose ?) stomach and gut to digest milk. Now of course one can assert that the higher evolved species of man have left behind ontogony.
