[fa.info-mac] Alarm clock/MacTerminal oddity

info-mac@uw-beaver (info-mac) (08/09/84)

From: Richard Furuta <Furuta@washington.arpa>
I am running MacTerminal with the alarm clock at the bottom of the
screen. I've opened up the alarm clock so I can see the current date.
The current window is the MacTerminal window. The alarm clock's time
is updating regularly so I assume that MacTerminal is being a good
citizen and calling whatever that routine is that gives cycles to the
accessories.

I started the alarm clock before midnight, 8/7/84. The time is now
shown, correctly, as being after midnight. However, the date has not
changed---it's still 8/7/84. If I click in the alarm clock, making it
the current window, the date will update to 8/8/84.

I doubt that this is MacTerminal's fault---rather it seems to be the
Alarm Clock's. For the record though this relates to the older
MacTerminal: -0.15 alpha.
