From: kevin@harvard.ARPA (Kevin Crowston) I have a some what bizzare problem with the View Page command in MacPaint (ie. double clicking the hand icon). I have a 128K Mac with a Tecmar Hard Disk. I installed all the fonts in the system file on the Hard Disk. I have also installed a couple of new desk accessories. After I added all of these I ran into problems with MacPaint. When I view the whole page, the page is displayed, but the OK and CANCEL buttons don't appear. A little white patch is cleared where the OK button should be, but nothing else. Clicking on this spot doesn't help. The hard disk continues to run (I think). At this point, the only solution seems to be to restart the system. Does anyone know why this is happening? Can anyone suggest a solution? On a related theme, does anyone have any other hints for using the Tecmar drive (aside from don't bother)? I struggled for days to install fonts on the beast; if anyone has a better way than installing fonts on the floppy, for example, that would be a great help.
