From: Phil.Miller@CMU-CS-GANDALF I am interested in reading about your experiences using MacPascal as a vehicle for teaching introductory programming. I am frequently asked for an opinion on a suitable environment for a programming methods course at the college level and more often for advice concerning a system for AP Computer Science. Also I have some small voice in MacPascal as I am a member of the Education Advisory Board of Think Technologies, the group which wrote MacPascal. Since we at Carnegie-Mellon are not using MacPascal in the classroom I need your help in forming an informed opinion. This post is motivated by the very useful information that I acquired by reading Charles Hedrick's post. If you can contribute send mail to Phil.Miller@cmu-cs-a.arpa. I will keep any information in a tidy format so that others may read it and draw their own conclusions.
