For those of you not in the NJ/NY area, I heard this amusing little bit last night on a tv program called PM Magazine during their "story" on home computers Please determine which of these words is NOT part of computer jargon: A) BIT B) BYTE C) NIBBLE Ready? Well, They all are right! A BIT is the smallest unit of information a computer understands. A BYTE contains 8 bits. And a NIBBLE is half-a-byte, which is four bits, which is (no matter how you look at it) still 50 cents. Cute, huh? Jim Collymore
