From: cornell!sdcsvax!sdcrdcf!ucsbcsl!iltis@uw-beaver.arpa I have noted the following problems while working with the Ramdisk: 1. VersaTerm (posted earlier) will not work when copied to the Ramdisk. 2. I have lost a file and an entire disk using Macwrite 3.0 in combination with the Ramdisk. When I attempted to save a file, I got system error ID 01 and when I rebooted the system and attempted to reinsert the disk I got a damaged disk dialog box. (P.S. WHERE is the real VM Macwrite and what is its version number. Why is Apple dragging their feet on getting this much needed piece of software out?) I am posting this to info-mac since someone else has noted potential problems with the Ramdisk program.
