From: Duane.Williams@CMU-CS-K Modula Corp. had a full page ad for Macintosh Modula-2 in the August issue of BYTE, the Modula issue. This was the first ad for this compiler I had seen. It included an order form which clearly stated that there was an additional $10 shipping and handling fee. It is true that subsequent ads I've seen have not mentioned the fee, but they have not included an order form either.
