From: RGG%CORNELLC.BITNET@Berkeley I have been using the RAM disk that comes with the LISA development system for several weeks. It appears to be bug-free, unless you consider the fact that you can eject it a bug (I have ejected it several times by accident, thus losing everything on it!!). It implements a 320K disk, which is big enough for a small system file and an application. MacPaint, MacWrite and MacTerminal all seem to work very well from it, with really impressive speed-up as a result. Some of the bigger products now on the market (i.e. FileVision) won't fit. Some of the games available won't copy to it, which is too bad since they would really fly if run on the ramdisk. Tom Dimock
