From: Michael.Barton@cmu-ee-henry I've seen several posts in the past few months dealing with ways to salvage disks that have somehow become corrupted. I paid little attention since I had had no difficulty. Recently however I was playing with ResEdit and a disk containing the System and a few other things now causes the Mac to go crazy whenever it is inserted. Whether I try to boot with it or simply insert it as a second disk it reads for a while then the video gets very wierd and occasionally the audio pipes in as well. Any advice on what I might do to recover what was on the disk, or at the very least clear the disk, would be greatly appreciated. Mike Barton
