From: babcock@NWC-387A Microsoft File, just now starting to ship, can accept records separated with carriage returns with fields separated with tabs. The manual on page 230 says "If you want to use a tab within a field value, type quotation marks around the field value. If you wnat to include quotation marks within a field value, type two quotation marks where you want one to appear."
