From: chow%gvax@Cornell.ARPA (Christopher S. Chow) Has anyone out there compiled a list of software that becomes broken when you install the new Imagewriter15 system? I recently downloaded DAM 1.4 and found that I couldn't run it with the new system. Also, DA's like Diskinfo & Extras are also broken. Diskinfo opens a window filled with garbage when you tell it to "show files", while Extras bombs & open invisible windows. Maybe if you get a list of all the software that becomes broken with Imagewriter15 installed we can find a fix. Imagewriter15 is certainly nicer than the old version, but it isn't worth too much if it starts to bomb with alot of useful software. Christopher Chow chow@cornell-gvax

From: Doug Brutlag <brutlag@SUMEX-AIM.ARPA> I have found that most of the Desk Accesories that fail when Imagewriter 15 is installed, will work fine if the Desk Accessories are installed FIRST and then install Imagewriter 15. I currently use SLEEP, DISKINFO, DELETE FILE, MOCKWRITE and MOCKPRINT with Imagewrite 15 and no problems. Doug Brutlag -------
