[] I have never studied Stonehenge, but have always been intrigued by it. I have not studied ancient cultures, either. BUT, I love to try and figure stuff out like you did. I think your ditch theory is TRUE. It is perfect. Has anyone else even attempted to explain the subtle point about levelness. Sound good to me. Keep it up. Fred P.
