I find that, as a singer somewhere between baritone and bass, that at times when my throat is relaxed I can sing lower notes than at other times. I don't think that ESP or PK has anything to do with it. James Jones

(1) Mouse, unless you've gotten better since I left, your arm certainly wasn't unbendable. (2) I've also used the unbendable arm trick, without benefit of aikido. My mother the physiotherapist taught it to me. Seems purely physical. Oh, but yes, mindset is important, because you can't get your muscles wrapping properly without being totally relaxed.
