This might be very interesting.  In the famous Hyman/Honorton exchange,
Blackmore's survey of unpublished experimental results was important.  So
what does she claim now about her survey?

In particular, it would not surprise me to learn that the decline effect,
for example, was partly an artifact of biased reporting.
