SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Department of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology University of Colorado, Boulder A full time systems administrator is sought who will be responsible for hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance for a network of multi-user Unix computers. Knowledge of Unix and networking is required. Knowledge of, and experience with, biological applications, particularly sequence analysis, is preferred. Responsibilities will also include accounts management, user training and assistance, recommendations on new hardware and software acquisitions and other related tasks. The ability to communicate effectively with non-computer experts is essential. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and have extensive post-graduate system administration experience.
