I'm trying to compile a list of names and computer addresses of
statisticians, both academic and those in industry or private
consulting. The ideal form for this would be to list computer mail
addresses in the ASA directory, but that isn't likely to happen
just yet. In the mean time, I'm interested in soliciting
any names and addresses you care to send me. In particlar I would
very much like to see lists of groups of users on one machine.
I'm not intending that this list be used for any commercial purposes.
My main purpose is to be able to answer my colleagues questions like
"I know so and so has a computer account, but I don't know the machine
name or how to get there ......, can you help"
SO, if you show me your lists I'll (eventually) send you back
whatever I am able to compile.
I already have a small list of addresses using, UUCP, ARPA, CSNET,
MAILNET, BITNET ..... mail transports.
