[net.math.stat] information on CART wanted

I'd like get some information on statistical package we've just heard of
called CART.  I believe it was created by some people at Berkeley.
I'd like to know its capabilities, what machines it will run on and
how to obtain it.  Any info will be appreciated.  Thanks.
