[net.misc] Jesus H. Christ - definitive answer

Actually, the "H" derives from his father's name, Jehovah, or Hovie for short.

Sorry guys, you still are missing the boat. The "H" stands
for Hannah. The standard Aramaic translations are andro-
centrically biased in favour of a male God. God is female
(I can easily prove that), and Jesus is a contraction of
"Je m'appel Susan" -everyone knows that the French language
is derived from Aramaic.

This Aramaic error (say *that* fast three times!) has led
artists to depict Jesus as male, often with the artist's
nationality as well. Ever notice how the picture of Jesus
in the Sears Roebuck catalogue makes (Her) look like a WASP?

H stands for "Haploid", for obvious reasons, considering his parentage.
