+ All My Children 5/9 Mark, who stole Ross' keys to the West Wing, is knocked out by Josh while snooping. Erica returns and persuades Adam to not call the police. Later, Mark tells Ellen he is still going to find out what is going up at the Chandlers. Adam and Erica go to her mother's house. She tells Mike that her marriage is the most important thing to her now and that she doesn't want to see him anymore. Zach moves from Donna's to the big house. He goes to Phoebe's room and talks to her. He really charms her. She falls back on her bed and misses the pillow. As Zach is assisting her, Langley comes in. He is jealous. Later, Phoebe and Langley talk about Hillary. Phoebe is pleased that Hillary is causing such a stir in Pine Valley. Tad was the hero of the night at the party. Even his father approved of his decking Roger Drydock. Tad and Dottie leave to "have some fun." But, his car isn't big enough for what they have in mind. They go to the Student Grill for a hamburger instead. Meanwhile, at the Steam Pit, things aren't going too well. Only 4 customers showed up so far. Karen and Jesse go to WRCW to try to get some air time to persuade people to come out. The station is reluctant, but agrees after Jesse allows them to deduct the air time from the money they are paying for the broadcasts from the Steam Pit. The broadcast is heard at the Student Grill. Duke tries to persuade everyone not to go as "Who wants to get blown up??" But Tad makes a heroic speech and after Hillary says that she will go, everyone else does also. The Gang shows up just in time for Jesse's broadcast and saves the day! (I don't suppose the 2 for 1's and half price cover had anything to do with it!
