+ All My Children Monday June 25 - Wednesday June 27 Chris apologizes to Cliff for what he did to him and asks to be able to see Linda, but Cliff will have none of it and tells him to get out and stay out. Brooke asks Mark for advice about Tom and the baby, but Mark tells her that he doesn't think that he's objective and that she will have to work it out for herself. Brooke and Donna try to find Tom, who spent the night at Candy's. Mark tells Brooke in the heat of the discussion about Tom, "I'd make a better father than Tom!" Brooke and Donna go to Candy's so that Brooke can tell Tom that she has changed her mind and will allow him to see their baby. Candy has to leave to take care of a "client" (Raoul called), and leaves Tom to babysit her nephew Brad. Before she leaves, she asks him not to drink while she is gone, but shortly after she leaves, he pounds down most of a bottle of whiskey and passes out. When Brooke and Donna arrive, he discovers that Brad is gone. Donna and Brooke see the empty whiskey bottle and realize that Tom has been drinking. Candy returns and is furious with Tom. Finally, Brad shows up - he went for some ice cream. Candy takes Brad back to her sister's. Brooke changes her mind after seeing how irresponsible Tom is and leaves. Donna tells Tom that he's on his own now. Marian decides that she and Liza should take a trip as she awaits her lawyer's arrival. When the lawyer arrives, he tells her that her husband made some bad business investments and that all he left her and Liza was the house. Marian is devastated by this news. Tad takes the same American History course as Hillary, who spends the class dreaming about her and Tad in pre-Civil War days. Myrtle puts Langley to work at the Boutique. Edna stops in and insists that Langley ("your stockboy") wait upon her. Tony stops by Jenny and Greg's and sees them frolicing in bed (she left the door open). Tony knocks and goes in. He persuades Greg to let him accompany him skeet shooting. Later, Jenny tells Greg about his mother's reaction to their plans to have a baby. Meanwhile, Tony goes to his father's house for a shotgun. He fantacizes about shooting Greg. Judy arrives and stops him from taking the gun. Adam stops his twin brother Stuart from killing Ellen. Bonnie shows Ross where the secret entrance into the WW is located and how to open it. Ross opens the door and Stuart comes out. Ross leaves Stuart with Bonnie and Joanna and he goes into the secret passage to look for Ellen. He finds her with Adam who has told her that she was hit over the head by a prowler. When they return downstairs, Bonnie thinks that Adam is Willy (Stuart). Ellen notices this, but is too dazed to make anything of it. Chuck takes her to the hospital for observation and Devon takes Bonnie home. Ross is very angry with Adam over what happened. Meanwhile, Josh seals up the secret entrance, although Stuart is determined to get out. Later, Ellen asks Ross why Adam doesn't seem to know Bonnie who claims they are friends. Ross tells her that Adam has blackouts and he must have had these when he was talking with Bonnie. Ellen talks to Mark the next morning about what happened. Mark calls the police who tell him that no prowler was reported at the Chandler's. Meanwhile, Ross talks to Stuart and tries to persuade him that he would be better off in a sanitarium, but Stuart becomes furious and demands that he leave (During the conversation, Ross mentioned to Stuart that Sam Brady was the electrician who installed the burglar alarm and was one of the persons that he (Stuart) hit over the head). Ross then tells Adam, "We have to do something about your brother...he's going to murder someone!" But, Adam will not agree to commit Stuart. Later, Joanna, who was listening, tells Adam, "What would Ross do if he knew that Stuart HAD killed someone?" Adam feels forboding, "My brother is hopelessly insane, my sister killed herself, how long..." Joanna talks with Stuart later. He tells her, "They think I'm Adam when I go out!" He sneaks out of the house while Joanna is on the phone, and he is dressed like Adam. Meanwhile, Erica meets Mike at her mother's house. He tells her to either break off with Adam or with him. She tells him she will tell Adam as soon as the time is right. The next morning, Erica asks Adam about Tom's accident and he admits that he hired someone to drive Tom off the road. Adam tells Erica that he bought her the California Condors baseball team. Later, she and Adam go to the Goal Post for lunch where they encounter Mike and Mona. Mike is upset when Adam tells him about the baseball team he bought for Erica, as he believes that she won't give up the money for him. He tells Erica goodbye and he and Mona leave. --> Allen <-- ihnp4!ihuxb!alle
