+ AMC Thursday June 28 - Friday June 29 Phoebe shows up at Benny's. She has spent the last few days in Newport, but had to leave when someone she knew showed up. Benny tries to persuade her to let Chuck know she's all right, but she refuses. Jesse and Angie return from Chicago. Angie's mother informs him that Murray has been trying to get in touch with him. Jesse knows why - he is late with his payment. Just as Jesse is leaving to cash his check so that he can pay Murray, 2 of Murray's thugs show up. They tell Angie to get the check cashed and return within 30 minutes or they'll take Jesse out and work him over. Angie goes to the bank, but the bank won't cash the check (out of state bank). Finally Angie gets Jenny to cash the check and she returns just in the nick of time to save Jesse. Hillary has lunch with Jerry. Tad shows up and Hillary leaves. Tad tells Jerry that he wants to talk to him, but Jerry starts to leave. Tad grabs him and Jerry mops up the student grill with him (karate). Greg breaks it up before Tad is hurt too bad. Dottie and Greg take Tad home and Dottie stays with him to comfort him. She tries to seduce him, but Tad stops her. Greg tells Jenny he doesn't want Tony around and then Liza arrives. She is in a lather because she doesn't have any money (from her father) and she has never worked before. Greg offers to help her write a resume. Meanwhile, Judy is at Tony's to check up on him. He persuades her to leave and then he fondles his new shotgun. Later, Judy talks with Liza and tells her that Tony was suicidal after the break up with Jenny and she is worried about him. Liza visits Tony and sees the shotgun in the closet. She calls Judy and tells her. Greg arrives at Tony's to tell him that the skeet shooting is off. Tony persuades him to go out with just the two of them later that day by challenging Greg to see who can shoot the best. Judy arrives after Greg leaves and asks Tony about the gun. He tells her that it isn't his. Later, Tony reassures Liza that he isn't suicidal. Meanwhile, the gun is hidden in his room. Erica realizes that Mike has left town and she calls Adam to see if he would mind if she went to NYC (she told him it was on business). Adam is so concerned about Stuart missing that he tells her to spend the night if she wants to. Erica goes to see Mike and tells him that she had to act happy about the baseball team Adam bought her because she is so afraid of Adam. They make love. Stuart goes to the Boutique and charges two scarves to Erica's account while Ross and Josh search for him. Stuart asks Myrtle about Sam Brady and she tells him where Sam can be found. Later, Sam and Stuart have lunch at the Goal Post where Sam gives him an extra set of keys to the burglar alarm system in the WW. Stuart is so pleased that he buys a round of drinks for the house and charges it to Adam. Later, Stuart returns to the house just as Adam is saying to Joanna, "Maybe he should be committed. What if his next victim is Erica?" Stuart, "I wouldn't hurt Erica - I like her." Joanna questions Stuart about where he went to, but he is evasive. Stuart gives her one of the scarves and wants to give the other to Lottie. When Joanna reminds him that Lottie is dead, he vows to revenge himself on Pete Cuny. Later, Stuart lets himself out of the WW and overhears Joanna saying to Adam, "What if Stuart knew that Pete Cuny is living in Pine Valley and his name is Palmer Cortlandt?" --> Allen <-- ihnp4!ihuxb!alle
