+ Ryan's Hope Monday July 9 - Friday July 13 Jack asks Maggie to try to get the videotape of Operation Eagle for him. When Maggie returns to the apartment, Max talks to her about his enemies and his desire to trust her. Maggie goes to the SR to get the tape for Jack and while there she overhears Max and Hutch discussing her. Hutch mentions that her fingerprints could be on the tape and elsewhere in the SR. Maggie hurriedly cleans her fingerprints off of everything she touched and leaves. Frank arrives for a meeting for the hospital wing and Maggie quietly tells him about the cameras in the apartment. Then Roger arrives. He tells Frank and Maggie that he is going to tell the police that he accidentally fell down the elevator shaft. Meanwhile, Sydney and Leigh worry about Maggie possibly being in danger and ask Jack to tell her to not take any chances. Then they toast their good fortune in the upcoming TV News awards that night. Maggie poses for some publicity shots for the hospital. Later, Hutch tells Max that he found the missing diamonds off of Maggie's dress in the SR. Max still isn't convinced that Maggie has seen the tape of OE. Max, "I can't trust anyone now." Max shows Maggie the diamonds and asks her if she knows where she lost them. She says no. Max tells Maggie, "No one will hurt you if you don't betray me." Then Frank arrives looking for his briefcase which he forgot earlier. He tells Max, "Maggie can't be bought." Max, "How would you know? You're not in the market to buy." Frank goes to Maggie's bedroom and tells her to move out tonight. She refuses, "Go home to Jill." Meanwhile, Max and Jacqueline are in the SR watching and listening to Frank and Maggie. Max, "Someone is out to destroy Antra (his corporation) and may be in this apartment." Max tells Jacqueline that Prince can probably be trusted as he was formerly a Federal agent. He asks her to pump Jeremy for information. Meanwhile, Maggie writes a letter to Dave telling him that she loves him and will marry him if he wants her to. Frank arrives back home and is very upset. Jill asks him, "What did Maggie do this time?" Frank tells her about the hidden cameras in the Dubujak apartment. Meanwhile, Max tells Jacqueline, "I want the person who killed Joe." He tells her he is setting a trap for the killer. Max also shows Jacqueline the coin guaranteeing him access to OE and tells her that he has to go to Switzerland overnight and he wants her to cover for him. After Max departs, Ashid and Yatsushita (Max' partners in OE) arrive for the meeting with Max which they thought was tonight. Jacqueline puts them up in the guest wing and tells them Max will see them in the morning. Later, Jeremy arrives and while they are talking, she sees the lamp start flashing (which means someone is in the SR). She excuses herself and goes to the SR to check on it. She finds Prince there, but then she realizes that he is dead. Delia is sitting with Matthew and he awakens and mumbles her name. She tells Pat and the others, but noone believes her. Later, Matthew awakens again and says "Murderess...Mur-der-ess...." Delia overhears Seneca talking with Pat about whether she is capable of murder and then she tells Frank that she wants Seneca off the case. Frank calms her down (no mean task that!). Later, Delia calls Stephen, unaware that Roger is listening to her conversation. Delia goes to Stephen's place and Roger follows her. Roger arrives at the apartment and Stephen hides in the shower. Roger snoops around and sees a pair of mens sneakers and realizes what is going on. Delia, however, tells him that she is using the apartment as a studio for her painting and shows Roger the painting that Stephen is currently working on (a nude portrait of Delia). Roger tells Delia "You'll have to work for me if you want me to keep quiet." Delia, "What do you want?" Roger, "I want Maggie Shelby." --> Allen <-- ihnp4!ihuxb!alle
