+ Ryan's Hope - Thursday September 13 - Friday September 14 Maggie tells Max that although she loves the emeralds, she couldn't possibly accept them. She does ask to use them to persuade Pru that she loves Max. Simms listens in on Maggie and Pru while they meet. Maggie, realizing that Simms is watching on the monitors, persuades Pru that there is nothing left between her and Dave. Later, Maggie joins Max with the hospital committee. Roger mentions the diamond dress sarcastically. Maggie announces that she has decided to commission a statue of Jillian's father (Ed Coleridge) for the new hospital wing using the money from selling the dress. Jill is stunned by this development. Frank asks Maggie, "what do I get?" referencing her living with Max. Maggie, "You get to keep your pathetic little marriage. Isn't that what you wanted?" Simms tells Max that Maggie was faithful to him while talking with Pru. Jack warns Dave that he has to be very careful if he doesn't want to blow Maggie's cover. Dave suggests that he persuade Delia to hold her party at the deli so that they will be able to question Maggie regarding which bank in Switzerland will be used for Operation Eagle. Maggie filled in December 7th as the date for OE in the crossword puzzle that Jack sent with the pastrami sandwich. Delia is still avoiding having sex with Matthew.
