+ All My Children - Monday October 1 - Friday October 5 Cynthia arrives at Cortlandt Manor and spills the beans to Daisy about Palmer's invitation to her and Andrew to live at CM. Andrew arrives and plays tennis with Palmer. Cynthia tells Andrew, "this could be worth a million dollars." Daisy questions Ross about Cynthia and Andrew. Ross is vague, but hints that Cynthia is not to be trusted. Cynthia visits Ross, and is at her charming best. Ellen is shaken by seeing Ross with Cynthia (something about the lipstick all over his face). Ross gives Ellen his mother's ring for an engagement ring. Adam is enraged when he calls Erica and Mike answers. Adam wants to return and orders Philip to investigate. Erica doubles his salary and Philip reassures Adam that Erica is still faithful to him. Philip is excited when Erica tells him that Joanna (whom he hadn't been able to find) was at the Glamorama. Philip persuades Joanna to sell the diary, but Joanna can't get the diary as the bank is closed when she gets there. Erica overhears Adam on the phone with Philip. Erica, "Adam, is that you?" Adam pretends to be Stuart and Erica believes it. Mike arrives with a calendar for Erica and insists that she pick the date in October for them to be married. Philip, on Adam's orders, tries to persuade Erica to handle the takeover of ChanMacon subsidiary by Randell Group, but Erica is too caught up in her wedding plans to care. Tad and Dottie check into the "Honeymoon Haven." Dottie tells Tad that, "I didn't marry the sexiest guy in the world to go fishing on my honeymoon." Tad reluctantly makes love with Dottie, but fantacizes about Hillary while with Dottie. Meanwhile, Hillary fantacizes about Tad returning, "It's all a mistake!" Bob arrives and tells Hillary that he wants to date her. Hillary agrees. Tad is dunked in the lake while trying to retrieve Dottie's hat. Tad breaks the news to Dottie that they are moving in with his parents. Tad goes to the bar and tries to call Hillary (who is out with Bob). Dottie is infuriated and insists that they return home. Tad sneaks over to see Hillary and sees Hillary and Bob kissing. Langley breaks the news to Phoebe about his class field trip on the day of her meeting on the Nature Preserve. Phoebe is angry, but is happy when Langley asserts himself. Phoebe, "You're so masterful!" Greg is obsessed by Sheila, but gives her $50 to leave town. Liza spills the beans to Linda about her night with Cliff in King's Cross. Linda tells Nina, "Ask Cliff who he spent the night with!" Nina confronts Cliff who insists that it was "totally innocent." Cliff is angry with Liza until she tells him that she only told Linda. Cliff is much happier after the station manager of WRCW, Mr. Lewis, tells them that their half-hour show has been accepted for syndication. Meanwhile, Zach teaches Nina meditation in his continuing effort to wedge himself between Cliff and Nina. Chris breaks it to Linda that it is over between them. Linda meets Andrew at the talent show and they return to Cliff and Nina's place to talk. Nina arrives and spills the beans to Andrew that Palmer is his grandfather. Andrew is stunned by this revelation. Erica asks Mr. Jymm to be her personal hairdresser. This infuriates Donna who threatens Erica. Tom and Donna make love, but Mark stops by afterwards and sees Tom and Donna (in various stages of undress) together. Mark is elated by this, since he thinks that it leaves the way open for him with Brooke. Jesse meets a new singer, Yvonne.
