+ All My Children Thursday October 11 - Friday October 12 Phil flies to wherever Adam is and fills him in on his success at bilking Joanna out of the diary and of Erica's overwhelming success with the board of Chan-Macon. As Erica works on the preparations for the engagement party, Mike plans to surprise her by having the wedding during the party. Adam burns the diary and then calls Joanna who suggests to Adam that he hurry back and surprise Erica. Palmer buys Andrew a $40,000 Grand Turismo (red). Andrew continues to play up to Palmer. Ellen is very unhappy to see Ross and Cynthia being very friendly, but Ross reassures her and they make love. Palmer suggests to Andrew that Linda isn't a social equal and also tells him about her criminal past. Nina tells Cliff about Zach's ideas of "getting in touch with your feelings." Cliff doesn't take it seriously. Edna asks Tad, "Are you impotent?" She also asks him to be nice to Dottie, but Tad tells her that he is too busy with school. Then Alfred spills the beans to Edna that Tad has been suspended for 2 weeks. Edna tells Tad that she won't tell the Martins about his suspension if he is nice to Dottie. Phoebe rages about Tom and Donna, but she decides not to tell Brooke until after the baby is born. Kelly and Brooke talk. Kelly thinks that Brooke still cares for Tom.
