+ All My Children Thursday November 1 - Friday November 2 Joanna tells Ross that Adam is alive. Billy Clyde shows up at Erica's, hits Mike over the head and demands (at gunpoint) that Erica tell him where Adam is. When Erica tells him that she doesn't know where Adam is, Billy decides to use Erica as a hostage. Erica fights him and Adam arrives. Billy fires a shot at Adam and then Erica hits him with a [Ming?] vase. Billy and Adam fight, then Billy gets away by using Juell as a shield. Adam and Mike fight over Erica. Erica collapses from the strain and Joe Martin puts her to bed and orders a nurse to prevent her from being disturbed. Detective Levy arrives with questions about Billy Clyde (who has evaded the police). Mike tells Adam, "We've been having an affair under your nose." Adam is enraged and attacks Mike. Detective Levy tries to subdue them, to no avail. However, the hard nosed nurse puts a stop to all the commotion. Adam and Mike try to con their way past the nurse into Erica's room, but the nurse is too cagey for them. Palmer plans a celebration feast for Andrew. He goes to see Ross, who insists that Andrew is not his son and the Cynthia is conning him. Palmer tells Andrew that he would like him to accompany him on a trip to Machu Pichu (in the Andes) over the holidays. Zach overhears Cynthia and Andrew laughing at how they conned Palmer. Zach tries to blackmail Cynthia, but she will have none of it and calls his bluff. She warns him never to try blackmail on her again or she will get him fired. Ross confronts Cynthia, while Daisy listens outside the door. Daisy overhears Ross deny that Andrew is his son. Cliff prepares for the taping of the first 1/2 hour show. He asks Joe Martin to appear as a guest in a later show. Marian asks Liza about her mystery man and Liza admits that it is Cliff with whom she is infatuated. Marian warns her about Cliff being married. Nina arrives and leaves a note for Cliff telling him about a special dinner for the two of them that evening. Liza conceals the note under a stack of papers. Cliff tries to call Nina and decides to have dinner with Liza since Nina isn't home. Nina calls and discovers that Liza and Cliff went out to dinner. Nina calls Zach and he comes over and has dinner with her. Cliff finds the note and rushes home. Linda arrives at home and finds Cliff and Zach and she insinuates that they are having an affair. Zach leaves and then Cliff arrives to find Nina and Linda quarreling. Greg and Sheila continue to see each other socially. Dottie plans to conceal her miscarriage from Tad, but as she is trying to leave the hospital, she runs into Tad who is dropping off his father's car keys. --> Allen <-- ihnp4!ihuxb!alle
