------------------------------------------------------------------------ Monday, November 19 Barry Reed walks into The Salem Inn looking for his employer Meagan Hathaway. He sees Melissa seated alone at her table and he joins her. Anna hides in the jungle from Andre. He is conscious and looking for her. He eventually finds her and tells her if she tries that again, he will kill her. Stephano's people let Jasmine go when they hear Tony calling for her. Jasmine runs inside and tries to explain to Tony that she was held by two women. Tony doesn't understand. Nurse Honeycutt is about to inject Hope with a fatal dose of insulin, when Colliope finds the bottle of insulin and grabs Nurse Honeycutt's hand with the needle in it. Colliope tells her to stop because it is insulin and that she could have killed Hope had she injected her with it. Miss Honeycutt acts as though she didn't know it was insulin because she tells them the bottle of the insulin and the bottle of the medicine she was going to give Hope are almost identical. Bo does not believe her and remains wary of her. He stays right by Hope's side and won't let her out of his sight. Mickey Horton sees Melissa talking to Barry at The Salem Inn. After Barry leaves, Mickey tells Melissa to stay away from a creep like Reed. Melissa tells her father that Barry had been nice to her when she needed it and she was just being nice back. Pete goes to the Body Connection and tells Chris that since he found the guy who sold him the stolen car, Pete was let off by the judge with just a lecture about buying stolen cars. Chris is happy for Pete and tells him he would like to give him some shares of the Body Connection. Pete is excited about owning a piece of The Body Connection and he tells Chris he would like to move back in his house if Chris still wants him to. Chris says yes, he would like that. Pete tells Chris he just went to Beefcakes to find Madame duPre to find out what happened the night Pete got drunk on champagne and passed out. Pete tells Chris that the place was closed down and Madame duPre had fired everyone and disappeared. Nurse Honeycutt tells Andre when she gets back to the plane that she tried to kill Hope, but it didn't work. Honeycutt attends to the cut on Andre's head that Anna put there when she hit him with the rock. Barry walks into the Body Connection and sees Chris and Pete. He tells them he wants to check out the facilities and if he likes it, he might join. Pete tells Barry that Chris owns the place and that Pete is the manager. Don Craig delivers divorce papers from Tess to Barry while he is working out at The Body Connection. Chris sees Don hand the papers to Barry and Chris asks Don what they were. Don tells him they were divorce papers from Tess. Melissa sees Barry at The Body Connection and they talk. Barry asks if they might talk again sometime and Melissa says sure. Chris calls Melissa over and Barry mutters under his breath that he has plans for himself and Melissa. Colliope and Eugene try to sleep in the jungle, but it is difficult, so they decide to talk instead. They tell each other that they like one another and they talk about their lives, etc. and what they are going to do when they get back to Salem. They kiss for the first time. Chris tries to talk to Melissa about Pete, but Melissa tells Chris she knows she saw her mother in bed with Pete and she hates them both and she never wants to see Pete again and her mother too, if she can help it. Barry asks Melissa if he can walk her to her car and they are just walking out of The Body Connection when Pete walks in. He sees Barry and Melissa together and looks really surprised. Melissa stares at Pete and then just walks right by him without speaking. Hope comes close to dying from the allergic reaction she had from the sting ray bite. Bo is by her side at all times, mopping her forehead with a cool cloth and talking to her about what they are going to do when they get back to Salem. Hope finally pulls through and Bo knows she is going to be alright when her fever breaks and she tells him she is hot.
