Can anyone tell me what's going on with that whole Aztec Princess story? How did everyone get involved with it in the first place? Thanks...

First of all, Felicia is an Aztec princess. She was living peacefully in Texas with her grandmother and great-grandmother when Luke and Laura showed up (Luke won a ranch in a poker game, and they're staying at Felicia's inn until their ranch gets fixed up). While Luke was there, two armed men stole a family heirloom - an Aztec sceptor and, of course, Luke ran after them to retreive it. The sceptor and the ring that Felicia wears are the key to a large Aztec treasure. During the raid, Felicia gets scared and grabs a plane ticket to Port Charles (Luke's??). There she meets Frisco who protects from the thugs chasing her who want her ring. Meanwhile, Luke has caught up with the sceptor but gets knocked unconscious. When he comes to, the guy who stole the sceptor is lying dead next to him. He's been framed for murder (by Felicia's fiance, it turns out). He calls Robert for help who sends him to an old WSB buddy in Mexico named Sean Donely. Robert and Holly soon join him. They then take off after the sceptor and Peter (Felicia's fiance) by following clues from a photograph of the sceptor. When they catch up with Peter, he's fighting with Donely (who's really behind the whole caper and decided to double cross Peter). Peter gets killed and Donely is a hero. Robert and the others don't know the truth about him and Donely had already rehidden the treasure by then. Donely is planning to retrieve the treasure later. Meanwhile , everybody goes home after they convince the local police that Peter framed Luke. I hope that clears up a few of the details.
