As I have been watching the Zach Grayson murder case continue to develop, I have noticed several interesting things. First of all, the police in Pine Valley have bungled this case from the beginning. Case(s) in point: Zach had scratches on his face and his clothing and apartment showed signs of a violent struggle. The prosecutor asked the coroner if the scratches could have been made by a woman. But, why didn't they police/forensic experts examine Daisy carefully for physical evidence linking her to the murder (e.g. skin under her fingernails, blood on her body (there is no way you stab someone without getting blood all over you!), additional fingerprints on the knife (after all, it is a kitchen knife from Zach's apartment, there should be lots of fingerprints on it)). Those are holes in the Prosecution's case that Perry Mason could drive a truck through. G. Tyson Lassiter, for all his supposed expertise, seems to be struggling with saving Daisy from the Death Penalty! Actually, you could build a much stronger case against several other suspects, but the prosecution seems to have settled on Daisy simply because she was found at the scene of the crime. Even the police in Perry Mason would have figured out that she was shielding someone! You could build a good case against Tad, he has no alibi, he threatened Zach in front of witnesses, he remembers nothing from the night of the murder, he was injured the night of the murder and Greg said that Tad was very angry with Zach the night of the murder. I know this is TV, but still, they could still make an interesting story and try harder to show some semblance of reality! --> Allen <-- ihnp4!ihuxb!alle
