This is what happened on May 31 or there abouts. Tony had a breakthrough this week and is talking up a storm. He was able to identify Donelly as the man that Peter was referring to as having the treasure. He also forgave Felicia for his getting shot and is trying to get Frisco to do the same. Slater is on his way back to Port Charles from Brazil to get the treasure. I do not know how he intends to do this. He thought that he got Peter to come along with him, but when he got on the plane he found out that Peter is dead and the man sitting next to him is his brother, who is out for revenge on those who were responsible for Peter's death. Robert calls a meeting for the three of the former WSB cronnies. It is the eve of the medical ship's first voyage. Before he leaves he tells his sidekick Ramsey that this may be the last night of his being commisioner and that if he doesn't hear from him by midnight that he should take a letter of his resignation to the Mayor. Of course this doen't go over to well with Ramsey who insists on accompanying him on this dangerous mission. But Robert insists on being alone. Then Holy walks in and offers him a ride home, he makes up some excuse about a meeting and tells her he will see her later. In the meantime he has given Ramsey instructions on making sure Holy sees a letter he left for her also in his desk, if he doesn't return tonight. At the meeting between Shawn, Robert and Anna, Robert asks Shawn why he stole the treasure. Shawn says he did it out of boredom and that he needed to put some zest into his life. He never intended for anyone to get hurt. He also knew that the same agents that he trained would be pitted against him. he trained both Robert and Anna. Well it turns out that all three are betrayers. Shawn betrayed Robert but Robert had betrayed Shawn by not telling him that it was Anna who was the double agent. Since Shawn thought it was "the Swede", he had the poor man executed. Well Robert now says that he will not arrest Shawn or anything like that, but that the three must not be together ever again. He also says that Slater must be stopped...
