Why would Zach try to strangle Marion? She posed no threat to him. In her story she simply touched him after his fall and he jumps up and tries to strangle her. I don't believe this self defense bit. What do you other fans think about this? -- Corinna Owens [... cbosgd!] cbscc!co

The whole story about Zach going after her seems like she's
full of crap. If he only picked up his head after falling,
how could he really have enough strength to attack Marion.
I think it was intended all along.

Unless Marion threaten him with the knife first. Zach being still kind of droggy, lossed the strugle. But most likely, Zach was still unconscious when she kill him.
