This week (8-27) on GH Celia and Putnam were in
his cabin at the lake. Putnam showed his true colors
and tried to kidnap Celia. She struggled
and went into the bedroom and tried to
get away from him. He took the door off the hinges
and got into the room and chased her around with a
knife. Robert got to the lake in time and saved her.
Robert tied Putnam up. Grant Andrews almost got
hung by the DVX agents in prison. The warden
saved him when the ceiling wasn't strong enought to
support his weight when they tried to hang him.
Holly got caught ina comprimising situation by Leo.
Pictures of her were taken by leo. He is framing
her now too.

On GH the main story lines are Beatrice's murder, Felicia and her mystery surrounding that ring, and Bobby and DL's daughter. Robert has talked to Mrs Barrington and Sylvia about the pictures of them with Leo. They are trying to frame Leo by saying the were only paying blackmale to Leo, not Beatrice. Robert knows that Beatrice was killed by many (4) people giving Beatrice four different types of drugs/pills in her champagne. So far we know Holly, Edward Quartermain, and Lorena gave Beatrice pills. Robert doesn't know who any of the pill givers are. Leo told Robert to leave him alone or he will let it slip Holly also had pictures taken of her and Leo. Robert just escorted Leo to the door. Felicia has been staying in an empty appt. in Frisco's building. She broke her ankle and is making Frisco a slave to her (i.e. Frisco is falling for her). Two men are after her for the ring. Why, we still don't know. Terri, DL's daughter, is making life miserable for Bobby. She tried to do the laundry and didn't empty the lint catcher and the maching overflowed on the floor. Bobby was livid. Ruby is taking over Kelly's diner. Ginny is now anchor for 8am and 10pm news. Frisco is doing teen time. Ginny never sees Mike. She was jealous when Mike told Rick at career day he said he wants to be a doctor like Doc Rick.

As for the four people who gave Beatrice the pills we know the Mr. Q did Lorina did Holly (maybe)? I think she put the pill in the canopee that she gave Beatrice but it was so hot Beatrice spit it out. I think Holly thinks that she gave B. the pill. Lastly, I think Lila gave B. a pill by mistake. Remember, that the maid had just brought Lila her pill, and a glass of water. Beatrice was talking to Lila, started to cough and drank Lila's water (in the scene this was made very obvious). Then B. died. So, i think Lila's pill was in the water. Therefore, we have 3 people (maybe 4, but like i said i think holly's pill to beatrice never got into her). So, we still need a 4th. Also, since there were 4 drugs in B's body - 2 people could have given her the same drug, therefore maybe the other 2 Leo blackmailee's could have given her drugs!!!

This is an update of the murder of D.L. Brock which happened on Jan. 18. (I think). It starts at the party given in honor of Ginny and Frisco. Brock and family decided to go after all, and Brock was toting along the copy of a "rap" sheet (police report) of Ginny when she was busted in Florida years ago. I don't know the details of her bust (think it had to do with drugs). When the party is in full swing, a seemingly calm Brock (to bobbie, et al) meets Ginny behind the stage where he tells her that he will give the rap sheet to a newspaper reporter later that night and everyone will know the "real truth" about her by the next day. A frightened Ginny pleads with Brock, but it does no good. Brock returns to the party first (and he is back to the same old Brock) where he finds Bobbie and Rick dancing together. He procee scene and order Bobbie to leave with him. Bobbie tells him "no way" and she leaves with Terri and Ruby (Ruby said they could stay with her). Brock tries to fight with Rick, but Scorpio intervenes and has Brock escorted home. Meanwhile, Ginny returns to the party where Rick tells her what happened. Ginny gets away from the crowd and gets a prop gun from the studio and hids it in her coat. She then returns to the party until she feels she can slip away for a while. Back at the Brock penthouse, Bobbie and Terri have there things packed and are ready to leave (Ruby did not come home with them) when Brock gets home and tries to stop them from leaving (he is very irate and crazy now). Brock struggles with Bobbie and Bobbie tells Terri to go get help. Terri goes down the staircase (I don't know why) and finds all the exit doors are locked (on all floors). While Terri is doing this, Bobbie and Brock struggle as Bobbie tries to reach the phone. Brock gets his gun (newly acquired) and they both struggle with it. Brock is really pushing Bobbie around and at one point a shot is fired into the ceiling. Terri is still going down the staircase all the way down to the lobby but no one hears her calling and all doors are locked. She begins to climb back upstairs (~20 floors, tired and scared). bbie pleads with Brock and tries to get away and Brock back hands her across the face and knocks her out. Meanwhile, Ginny has left the studio aand is at Brocks Apartment building. She gets up to the penthouse, with nobody seeing her, on the freight elevator. She enters the penthouse right after Brock knocked Bobbie out. She pulls the prop gun on Brock and demands the rap sheet. Brock gets the gun away from her, discovers its fake, and proceeds to pick up his gun from the floor (Bobbie had knocked away from him and it lay on the floor). He points it at Ginny and she smacks it out of his hand and picks it up. She tries to shoot him but he struggles with her and the shot brushes by his cuff (I think-it was hard to tell). That stuns Brock, and Ginny is able to gain control of the gun again. Ginny shoots Brock in the heart from about 20 feet. She then places the gun on the floor near Brock and gets the rap sheet from his inside pocket. She exits the same way she came in just as Terri is reaching the penthouse - Terri does not see her. Terri tries to get in one door (there are a few for some reason) at the same time that Bobbie is waking up and sees "something" (the gun). Bobbie picks up the gun and crawls over to where she sees Brock (fuzzy) lieing on the floor. She realizes he is dead when Terri enters. Ginny gets back to the studio (someone almost saw her) and carries on as usual (or tries to). She notices blood on her dress (Brock had reached up at her with bloody hand and tried to grab her before he died) and she gets a glass of red wine which she spills on herself when someone bumps into her. The party continues and Bobbie calls Scorpio at the party to tell him of Brock's death. Ginny and Rick leave early. I hope this covers the important parts.....

An important detail was left out in the GH update. The shot Ginny fired that did not hit Brock, got her plaque, which she had just been awarded by Derek. She threw it away, and then stole Fricso's, so that it could be engraved, and she would not be suspected. Holly solved the anagram, saying: Ex Con from Florida dupes Port Charles daily. This is Ginny, but Robert does not know, and he and Holly go to Florida to investigate. Ginny just happens to be in Robert's office when Holly delivers the news, so she knows that they know. In the gossip department, Edward saw Celia and Jimmy Lee going at it in New York, and reported it to Alan and Monica, who found it amusing.

Robert and Holly go to Florida to follow up on clue. They get phone number of a P.I. whom Brock was in touch with. Of course, he is out of town for a few weeks. Bobby is indicted. She fears she will go to jail. Jake suggests she admit to a murder she did not commit, saying it was out of self defense, since this may be the only way she may be let go. Donnely discusses the ring with Felicia (Does anyone know what's going on here? I thought Donelly found the treasure with his copy of the ring- What is he still after?) Frisco is jealous of Donnely and Felicia- he wants to get married like his brother.

Dandy times here on General Hospital!
I suppose the big news is that Ginny has confessed to the murder of
D.L. Brock, and Bobbie is off the hook.
Play by play description: Scorpio has, as you all know, been hinting
to Ginny that he knows, and has been laying little traps all over the
place. For instance, he hung a copy of the bullet-shot plaque at the
station, which threw Ginny into a frenzy. Then he had a dry cleaner
call her to ask what he should do with the dress; he couldn't get
the blood stains out of it. And finally, Scorpio went over to the
Webber's to return her lost property (the purse and something else
she had discarded the day after the shooting). Rick came in during
this meeting, and when Scorpio left, Ginny broke down hysterically.
Rick refused to believe her at first. He gave her a rather large
glass of some tan-colored liquor, and made her drink the whole thing
before continuing. Then she told him how D.L. had been blackmailing
her, how it was her life she was trying to save ("so to save your life
you took another?"). Rick went from disbelief to rejection. He called
Scorpio, but at Ginny's pleading, managed to get the confession delayed
till the next morning, so she could spend one last night at home with
"some semblance of normalcy." Rick spent the night on the sofa. And
the next morning, Ginny was preoccupied with folding the laundry before
she left. Mike has yet to be told; Amy has been told.
But I jump ahead. Rick called Lee to ask advice about a good attorney
("you're my wife and it's my responsibility"), and a young trial
lawyer was recommended. Rick, Ginny, and young trial lawyer appeared
at Scorpio's office just as Bobbie and Jake were leaving it (puzzled
looks on their faces and all), and Ginny confessed. Rick was taking
it all okay, until Ginny admitted to having drugged Bobbie and slashing
Brock's scrapbook. That was too much for him to take, and he turned
right off again. He went to get her a toothbrush, et al., and Ginny
has been carted off to jail. Scorpio told Bobbie she's been cleared
and that Ginny did it; Bobbie couldn't believe it either, after all,
Ginny and she had had drinks together!
Meanwhile, on the bedroom front:
Frisco and Felicia have been having a helluva time getting to bed
together! First, Felicia's grandmother wants to have an all-night
chit chat, then Josh thought it was *tomorrow* night, then Tania
and Tony haven't any furniture in their own place. F & F are
quite frustrated at this point, but making hot and heavy eyes at
one another. (Are the GH writers/producers pushing them as the
replacement Luke and Laura? I mean, all this stuff in Mexico,
Frisco being sort-of-bad, Felicia even has long blond hair!)
Sean is gloating about his treasure, and Felicia is still confiding
in him, fool that she is.

General Hospital - Friday, May 24 Most eveyrone in town is at the Quartermaine's party for Jimmy Lee and Celia. Grant told Lorena that he knows Celia and that she and Jimmy Lee won't last more than 6 months. Ginny and Rick were maneuvering all night to try and avoid Derek at the party. Robert got a search warrant for Sean's warehouse, without Sean's knowledge. Sean and Anna were following Holly and Robert around at the party all night to make sure Robert didn't get out of their sight. Sean knows Robert's up to something, but he doesn't know what. Holly and Robert managed a ruse so that Robert could get away for an hour to check out the warehouse. He found the Aztec treasure and now knows that Sean stole it. Anna obviously wants to get Robert back, but he doesn't seem to want to have anything to do with her. I get the idea that she got her scar during her last assignment. Robert didn't want her to work anymore after they got married, but she begged him to let her have one more assignment. Holly doesn't know anything about any of this, but she's doing whatever Robert asks her to. She's beginning to get upset about him keeping so much from her recently. But she still doesn't know what the story is with Anna. Felicia showed up at the party with a date. Frisco and Tania were also there. Tony hasn't regained his memory yet. I think he might be getting jealous of Frisco because he and Tania are so close and can go out and do things together.

GH Update Thurs May 23 Flashback to Robert's last assignment: Robert catches wsb/dvx double agent- Anna Devane! She gets scar as a result of shootout between Robert and dvx agents. At Robert's urgence, Anna promises to keep out of his life forever. Presumably, they get a divorce. Tony says the name 'Donely' when Robert asks him if he remembers anything about the day he was shot. Robert hints to Holly that he may resign his job a police comissioner (I guess so he doesn't have to arrest his best friend, Donely).

Here's a short update for Thurs. May 30. Scorpio is certain that Donnelley stole the treasure. He typed a letter of resignation, to be submitted if he doesn't arrive back from a meeting with Donnelley and Anna. Apparently he thinks his friendship with Donnelley hindered his police work. Tony has spoken!! He is afraid that he won't be able to love Tanya like a man. Frisco wants to avenge his brother's attacker's, so he got a job at the dock, where the ship is coming in, against Scorpio's warnings. For anyone who doesn't know, the reason Anna and Scorpio broke up is that she was a double agent with the DVX. Everyone in Port Charles is taking interest in Anna, upon seeing the scar on her face. Scorpio is drifting away from Holly, remembering his past with Anna, and keeping secrets about Donnelley from her. Let's see some more updates from all you GH fans.

Robert went to London to see if Holly was ok after Algernon (set up by Shawn Donnelly) called Robert and told him someone was following Holly. Robert realized scam, saw Holly and returned to Port Charles alone. Holly telegrammed and came home the next day, but Robert was out all night. Holly is still cool to Robert, but Robert is sending flowers and taking her out to dinner to win her back. Friday Holly went to Anna`s and saw her for the first time without the scar on her face. Celia caught Jimmy Lee and Lorena in bed together. She postponed the wedding, Jimmy Lee called her spoiled and cancelled the wedding. Celia told the Quartermains Lila is upset, Monica gave Celia digs about that`s what initailly attracted her to Jimmy Lee. Frisco and Felicia hid jewels in a water tank display at Kelly`s. Robert figured this out after talking to Felicia at Kelly's, but Felicia and Frisco still think it`s unnoticed. Grant is now in on the treasure scam. Donnelly is going to put the treasure in a pullman (but there are two of them unknown to Grant) and send one to Canada and one to North Carolina. The diversion to Robert is to put the treasure on the one to Canada with Slater and the other to N. Carolina with Donnelly and Celia-Jimmy Lee wedding party i.e. and Robert. Ginny and Rick are now back together. Ginny got pregnant on the day she slept with both Rick and Derek, she does not know who the father is. [This was the first Ginny-Rick bedroom scene I remember]

Grant is caught! Robert and Anna catch him checking Pullman South for the treasure, after Frisco and Felicia created a diversion and knocked out the guard who was watching the Pullman car. Grant realizes Sean has double-crossed him and agrees to help nail Sean. Sean told Grant to tail Frisco and Felicia for a few days to see if they can lead him to the crown and other jewels they stole. Meanwhile, Prescott, Marty (the engineer, an ex-WSB man), and Holly are on Pullman North headed for Canada with the treasure on board. Holly has taken every opportunity to escape or get help which is making Prescott very mad. Lee will preside over Jimmy Lee and Celia's wedding in Love's Hope, NC (is there really a place called this?) and Jimmy Lee is furious that Grant is going along for the train ride and on the medical ship while he and Celia are on their honeymoon cruise. An old doctor friend of Jimmy Lee's from Indiana (Buzz Stryker) came to town for the wedding and to possibly take a job as Steve Hardy's assistant. He's the kind who tells it like it is and hates to see medical talent wasted. As a result, he's gotten Bobbie to go back to school and get her degree so she can become head OR nurse. He also convinced both Tony and Tania to get back to work at the hospital (Grant gave Tony some braces for his legs so he can walk pretty well know with a cane). Robert asked Lee for a 6-week leave of absence to sort out some 'personal problems'. Ginny found out she's going to have a boy, but she still doesn't know if Rick or Derek is the father. Derek has set up a trust fund for Mike, but he hasn't told anyone yet.
