The first time Prescott was on the show, he said he was Peter's brother. Now, he's an ex-WBS agent. I missed some of what happened in between- is it a coincidence that he is an ex WBS agent and Peter's brother, or was he lying about being Peter's brother? Also, who shot Slater, and what were the circumstances?

I think he's lying about being an ex-WSB agent. It's just a cover so that the hostages don't really know who he is. (i.e. Felicia, who would probably be very upset if she knew who he was.).

Nice try but I think Prescott is actually an ex-WSB agent who told Slater he was Peter's brother to keep tabs on him and get him back to P.C. so Sean and he could do something with him (Slater that is). Like bump him off when Sean was supposedly saving Tony's life after Slater tried once again to kill him. As a matter of fact, Prescott did tell Anna he was an ex-agent. He said he was only an agent for less than a year and she laughed at him.

If he were Peter's brother, why would he be working with Sean (The man who killed Peter)? He was introduced as Peter Harrell to Grant but his last name hasn't been mentioned since. I thought Frisco found his name in the WSB ex-agent file which should have listed Peter's last name. Did Frisco not make the connection? I think the writers got themselves confused -- any other thoughts out there? BTW, I'm still looking to borrow or buy a copy (VHS) of the episode that ran on Labor Day (Sep 5). I will pay any reasonable amount to view this episode. Can anyone on the net help me??? Thanks.
