Now that Laura can't post updates, I thought I'd do it for the days I am able to watch. Tuesday, October 1st Daisy is suspicious of what Palmer and Sandy are up to. He claims it's her imagination and tries to change the subject. She resists until he starts talking about Nina and that draws her attention away. The Doctor Palmer brought over stops by and tells Palmer and Daisy that Nina is showing signs of recovery. She has said a few words and seems to trust the Doctor (I don't know his name!). They want to see her but Doctor says that it's still too soon. Meanwhile, back at the Warners, Sandy confesses to Cliff why she went after him. He's furious with her and Palmer and rushes off to Corlandt Manor. Palmer has gone to Llanview and Cliff tells the story to Daisy. He wants to go after Palmer but Daisy convinces him to let her take care of it. Cliff returns home and Sandy begs him for forgiveness and a second chance. He gives her two weeks pay and asks her to leave. Myra and Daisy will be taking care of Bobby until Cliff can find a new sitter. Myra comes over and asks Sandy why she didn't confide in her or daisy. Sandy said she didn't think she'd be believed. (How many people would go to someone's wife and tell them that their husband was rotten? How would Sandy know that's it a well-known fact about Palmer??) Sandy says a tearful goodbye to Bobby. Jesse discovers the trucking company was worthless and is bummed out. Greg goes to a photo shop and discovers it's for sale. he goes back to Jesse and they decide to go into business together again, Greg doing the photography work and Jesse the bookkeeping, etc. They also talk about starting a printing business along with the photo shop. Dr. Voight asks Angie when Jesse is coming back. She tells him Jesse is check- ing out some other things. He says something about Jesse finding a job that will live up to Angie's expectations. She said she'll back Jesse in anything and Dr. Voight gives her an odd look. (I have a feeling this is hinting at something to come). Brooke and Gilles are frolicking on their vacation. Brooke tells Gilles she feels bad because Mark is so unhappy and that also she misses Laura. (Sure Brooke!). Back at the Wallingfords, Tom comes over looking for Brooke and Laura and is upset that Brooke didn't tell him she was leaving. He wants Laura for the day and Langley says Phoebe has plans with Laura for the day. Tom says he doesn't want to beg for his child and tell Langley to get her. Later, Mark come over to find Brooke and learns she's off with Gilles. Just then, Brooke calls to talk to Laura. Mark talks to her and tells her he got a job as a piano player on a cruise ship and is leaving town tonight. He's getting the rest of his stuff from her place. Brooke hangs up looking sad. She then calls Tom to talk to Laura. Later, Mark goes over to Tom's to tell Laura goodbye. He tells Tom he wishes Brooke was with Tom rather than Gilles. The show ended with Jasper telling Daisy everything she asked had been done. Palmer comes in and ask Jasper something, he just excuses himself and leaves. Palmer asks Daisy what is wrong and she tells him she's leaving him. Marguerite ...!ihnp4!iwpbd!maggie2
