Because of his guilty conscious Palmer tells Nina that Cliff is her husband and Daisy is her mother. After hearing this Nina runs off to the stables and falls off her horse. Myra and Daisy are disappointed when Nina regains consciousness but still has no memory of Cliff. Daisy agrees to forgive Palmer for keeping Nina in the dark for so long. Erica is ecstatic when Jeremy decides to give up his vows of celobacy although he must travel to Tibet. When Erica loses the Women of the Year contest, Alec (Jeremy's father) decides to cheer her up. After a business meeting, Alan kisses Angie. He apologizes and Angie accepts but decides not to tell Jesse about the encounter. Talia tells Tad the only way he can have the part in her movie is by going to bed with her. Tad rebuffs her advances. Dottie's and Tad's divorce becomes final. Tad gave Hilary his grandmother's engament ring which she left to him.
