How is it that, now that Langley has been exposed on local television as Lenny Wlasic, who is no professor, that he is still able to teach at prestigious Pine Valley University without derision?

(I remember reading somewhere about one of the Martins who went upstairs during a show and was never referred to again. I don't remember where I read it but it seems like this happened near the start of the soap. Do any long time watchers remember anything like this? Marguerite ...!iwvaf!maggie2
