This has to have been the most exciting two days. As we left Tad and Robin at the mercy of the bank robbers -- Tad convinces the robbers to let Robin help him carry the money out of the vault.(Real secure bank - Tad's been there two weeks and he's closing the place up). Tad pushes the robbers out of the way and closes himself and Robin in the vault. Meanwhile at the church, Phoebe is beside herself. Her and Ruth get into it several times. Hillary is the only one with faith. The minister says there are several weddings waiting and he'll have to cancel theirs soon. Hillary takes matters into her own hands. She tells everyone that there will be a wedding "Please don't disperse."(Great dialog) She grabs her furry pink coat and sprints out of the church and through Pine Valley with Langley in hot pursuit. I ahd a stomache ache from laughing. SHe looked like and Arab sheik running through the snow. SHe ran for at least 20 minutes when --- OH No Hillary watch out!!! Screech of brakes. Flattened by a late 50's model pink Cadillac (no lie). Benny takes Nina to the wedding. She's fine until Benny leaves her for a moment and she picks up a bouquet and totally freaks out. SHE sprints out of the church and jumps in the Rolls and takes of (No she doesn't get Hillary). Benny gets yelled at by Cliff and they search to no avail. Mrs. Gurney notices a photo album on Nina's bed of Martha's Vineyard so Cliff heads up there. The wedding pretty much breaks up and everyone heads home. The whole time Phoebe is ranting about "Once a Gardner always a Gardner". Erica gets her inteview with the recluse authro and her and Jeremy return to PV. Natalie's mom gets Alex to buy her a house far away but the deal falls thru and she moves in with them. Alex keeps overhearing bits of different conversations about Natalie and Jeremy. E and J think they are getting next week but I doubt it. Feb 18 - Guess who jumps out of the pink Caddie -- Dottie and Edna. Now that's funny! Hillary comes to and starts to run to the bank but Dottie finally ofers to drive everyone(Hill,Dot,Edna,LAng,Phoebe)to the bank. Tad's boss meets them there and acts horribly. He decides to check the vault to see what Tad hs stolen. Tad and Robin leap out and Phoebe makes a crack about that but Hillary tells her to shut up. Everything works out great. They get married at the Wallingford house. Just as the vows are over Wade walk in. Tad and Wade agree to keep each other's secrets. The bouquet gets thrown and Erica pushes everyone out of the way and grabs it. She's got to have caught the bouqet at least fifteen times before. PAlmer meets Wade befor the wedding and says he would like to see his resume before he agrees to have him work on the charity thing. Wade calls a friend and gets some phony letters of recommendation made up. Palmer has hired Ross to work for him after he checked that the takeover attempt was legitimate. Ross and Andrew do not get along. Andrew called Adam and told him that Ross was working for Adam and he had better watch out because Ross's knowledge of Adam's operations would benefit Palmer. Palmer and Adam have a big fight and Palmer gets the best of Adam. Well the conversations at the church were the highlight. As people waited they gossipped. Mrs. Nelson got up and left after telling Mona that she knew that Gardner boy was bad news just like h is sister. This was one of those shows you had to see to believe. Hillary telling everyone to shut up, everyone telling Phoebe to shut up. Who says this show is getting silly?
