The majority of new products were "IBM PC Compatible" so it was refreshing to see something else. Anyway, here's the blurb. Mesa Graphics has introduced a Tektronix-compatible software application for Apple's Lisa computer. Tekalike is a graphics terminal communication package that supports communication to remote computers as an ASCII terminal. In supporting the Tektronix 401X protocol for graphics terminal input, Tekalike makes the Lisa plug-to-plug compatible with Issco's Tell-A-Graf, Cuechart, Tell-A-Plan, and Disspla; Megatek's Template; Precision Visual's DI-3000 and Grafmaker; SAS/Graph; and SPSS/graph- as well as Tektronix's Plot-10 and Easygraph. Tekalike also provides local facilities for saving pictures, zooming, and plotting pictures. The Software package sells for $350. nivek arpa: nivek@cmu-ri-rover bell: (412) 578-8830 mail: Robotics Institute c/o CMU Pgh, PA 15213
