====================++====================================== I also am very interested in seeing an entirely new music net established. I would like to see things like electronic instrument reviews, synthesizer info, etc. without wading thru all the record reviews.(BTW, whatever happened to net.records??) This new net would be analogous to "net.video" (Net.video has discussions and reviews of VCR's, TV's, Satellite dishes, Monitors, etc). It appears to me that this new net should be of interest to people who are interested in the generation of electronic music. Here are some possibile topics for our new net.xxx ; 1) Synthesizer reviews This would probably be the main area of discussion. 2) Other Electronic instrument reviews Guitar, Bass, Electric piano, etc. 3) Amplifier reviews For Guitar, Bass, Electric piano, etc. (If someone comes out with a new portable street amp I'd like to hear about it on the net) 4) Electronic music accessories A lot of room for discussion here. Mostly electronic gadgets including "Rockman" type devices. 5) Record reviews Limited reviews like how a certain artist got such and such sound with his synthesizer or what equipment someone used on their new album. A name for the net might be "net.music.electronic" or "net.music.synth" TAKE YOUR PICK!!! and lets get started. Peter Meng
