Does anybody know what the VT100 key mappings are when using MacTerminal? Hopefully I don't need a numeric keypad! Another thing (bug): I just received my external disk drive, as well as did a friend of mine. This is HIS experience, not mine, although I talked to him on the phone while it was happening... It seems as though a MacWrite document became too large for memory (while using a file on the external drive) and instead of giving a graceful exit path, MacWrite bombed in a rather severe manner by blanking the screen and generally dying nastily! With that, the system had to be re-booted, and from then on this file could not be opened without the MacWrite error "File too large...Quit or Save and Quit". So...this file had to be saved, and from then on COULD be read into MacWrite. No data was lost! (pheeew!), but the original file was only worthy of the trash can. Anybody else seen something like this?? Oh yes...we tried a disk repair (Option-Command), but it did not fix this file. Evan Gross watrose!emgross
