Among them are: Apple's own ATS Cases carrying case (also, shipping case available) Basket Case, from Justin Case MacPak and MacBag, from MacPacks (also, MacFreighter shipping case) MacTote, from Optimum Computer Luggage Scottie MacCase, from The CaseMaker Totem Pack, from Braun-Cooper Some of them are hard-shell cases (ATS, BasketCase, Scottie). Some of them don't explicitly claim to provide room for an extra disk drive (ATS, Basket Case, others?). As an alternative to the shoulder strap, some of them come in backpack versions (MacPak, Totem Pack). A PrintPak can also be obtained to carry the Imagewriter beneath the MacPak when backpacking (unwieldly?). Does anyone have any insights into the relative merits of these cases and/or their features? -- Randy Forgaard -------
