Well, I proposed that ont.singles and ont.micro.mac should be deleted. (Also ont.micro, but that's another story, see that group.) Now I'm posting this final warning identically and separately to both, just to be sure that everyone sees it who wants to. I had a few responses of the type "Don't you think you're being precipitate?", and a few others clamoring for destruction. Nobody has claimed that there is a need for these two groups. There has been no traffic on them since my proposal, except for some of the responses I mentioned, which were cross-posted to both groups and ont.micro; and there was no traffic for some time before the proposal. I learn that ont.micro.mac's purpose has been taken over by fa.info-mac. There is also net.micro.mac and, at least for now, ont.micro. And as for singles, there is net.singles. Remember that distributions can be used to restrict outgoing messages to Ontario if desired. Consequently it appears very clear that there is no need for the two groups, and they will be deleted in a week, barring successful last-minute appeals. The clock is ticking.
