I don't know where they come from, but they are available in Portland. A local program called 'Encore,' narrated by Jon Tuska, has been featuring many of the old NBC orchestra recordings. For example, on Apr 8 was "Portrait of an Orchestra: The NBC Symphony, 1951." It carried the complete concert of Feb 17, 1951, conducted by Arturo Toscanini. There have been at least several other examples over the preceding months.
