HOGWASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

	If your hot water tank is turned up to 160 deg (F) of higher, then
	all harmful bacteria are killed dead!  That is why restaurants have to
	wash their dishes in 160+ deg water.  Actually, the food service
	specialists tell me that the real situation is that harmful bacteria
	cannot survive outside of the 40-140 deg (F) range, and that the 160
	degree requirement is an added margin of safety.  So, unless you heat
	your water cold, there are no bad bugs growing in it.
