References: And, what composer died from eating poison mushrooms, after being warned by nearly every respectable chef in town that they were poisonous? (He also wrote a piece for two violins that consists of one sheet of music; the two violinists stand on opposite sides of a table on which the music lies, and they play what they see, so that the two parts are upsidedown and backwards, notes, accidentals and all.) - Toby Robison (not Robinson!) allegra!eosp1!robison decvax!ittvax!eosp1!robison princeton!eosp1!robison
