[net.music.classical] Adjusting Action Stiffness on a Piano

Is there an adjustment of some kind that adjusts the "heaviness" of
the action? Our church has a generic grand piano (I swear, it's
a generic piano, no sign of a manufacturer's name anywhere) that is
a bit too stiff for me. If there is such an adjustment, is it easy
enough for a novice to do, or should I call in an expert?
