[net.music.classical] let's talk about one piece that we all know

Subj; Let's all listen to one piece and talk about it.

How's about we pick a SHORT, easy to obtain piece of
music and discuss it?

A piece that, given our busy schedules, many of us
can find the time to listen to. That our local libraries
might have.

Also, it should be a piece that most of us would
not object to listening to. Then we can have 20+ different
viewpoints on the same piece. Might be fun.

Pieces like Scherazade or Beethoven's 9th are clearly
out of the question.

How about a Mozart piano sonata or Beethoven quartet?
Or a short Stravinsky piece (the 2 Suites, or the Octet)?

	Suggestions?
