[ba.news.config] Accessing TELENET, TYMNET

I want to access networks like TELENET and TYMNET with X25 pads. I do not
where to get the required information. Basically, I would like to know
whom to approach, what is the charge, etc. Any pointers to the source
of information? Thanks a lot.
