I apologize for this intrusion but I have no idea where to put this. I have a large number of journals I would like to get rid of. The thought of throwing them out pains me so I'd like to find a viable alternative. Anyone out there have any good solutions? (I've thought about selling them & giving them to the nearest college). Thanx! Mark.

You might want to donate them to a local library. Many libraries, esp. in smaller towns, have small budgets and a donation would probably be appreciated. Dennis Vogel AT&T Information Systems S. Plainfield, NJ

I doubt if there is a good solution. "Knowledge" goes out of date so fast these days. Of the journals on my shelf, I would really want to keep only a couple (Sci. Am for one). The rest I would be willing to copy from library archives as and when needed. It seems criminal to waste all that paper for the luxury of reading them in bed once or twice. Still, if you get some good suggestions, Mark, please forward them. Ken -- UUCP: ..!{allegra,decvax,seismo}!rochester!ken ARPA: ken@rochester.arpa USnail: Dept. of Comp.
