[Oh, the great mysterys of life, with people-eating bugs in netnews.] It is my very sad duty to announce to the net that Mr. John Hobson, previously of iwlc6!amigo and ihuxq!amigo2 has left the net. He is no longer available at any address, though messages to him may be sent to me for forwarding. John was a victim of working for a consulting company to Bell Labs at a time when the number of consultants to the labs is being reduced. He hopes to find other employment very quickly, and hopes to regain access to netnews then. If you have a job to offer him, sent the particulars to me, and I will pass them on. As John was my car-pool rider, I feel as though I have lost a great deal, though I am sure that we will stay in touch. He lives just a couple houses from me, and will unless he relocates for another job.
